Forensic Architect/Engineer
My client is looking to add a Forensic Professional to its talented staff. The qualified candidate will have an engineering or architectural degree as well as being licensed as either an engineer or architect. Professional experience should include site inspections and documentation, field testing, and investigation reporting. Requirements / Qualifications:
- Five years’ experience in forensic investigations, claims and litigation and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Engineering or Architecture or Construction Management or relevant work experience.
- Architectural or Engineering Licensing required.
- Expert witness testimony experience preferred.
- Residential Construction defect experience required.
- Knowledge of building façade and roof system.
