Job Details:
ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT MANAGER
Looking for an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team. Qualified candidates will possess:
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Architecture
- 8+ years’ in architecture
- 5+ years’ experience managing multiple projects and staff
- Experience in schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Must have an interest in expanding your business skills (i.e. proposal writing, fee generation, scheduling and invoicing)
- Knowledge of building codes
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Architecture 2015 & 2017
- Revit experience considered a plus
- Professional registration is required
- Multi-family residential experience a plus, but is not mandatory
- LEED accreditation is a plus, but not mandatory
