Real Estate Marketing Associate
Our client, a reputable NJ Real Estate developer/builder is seeking a Marketing Associate. Candidate must have familiarity in Real Estate and Marketing.
Requirements:
- Sales or Marketing experience
- Experience Coordinating advertising and public relations with the ad agency for current communities
- Able to assist in managing the maintenance of model homes, overall community appearances (landscaping, signs, etc..) advertising, signage, brochures, public relations, invoices
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Must be able to deal with fast paced team environment
