PROJECT ARCHITECT
Growing mid-sized architecture & design firm in South NJ, minutes from Center City Philadelphhia, is seeking a highly organized and technically proficient person to join their team as a Project Architect/Manager.
This role focuses on guiding project teams through an entire architecture project, inclusive of the development and adherence to project scope, budget, schedule and work plan.
Responsibilities
Thoroughly understand the client’s objectives
Delegate work assignments based on project scope and team member’s skill set
Mentor junior staff and designers
Deliver your projects up to our professional and technical standards
Client relationship management
Contract documentation
Project scheduling
Budget management and revenue projections
Requirements
Bachelor of Architecture Degree
AIA license (or on track for it)
10-15 years of commercial architecture & design experience
AutoCAD & Revit proficiency
