Job Details:
My client is a highly regarded building automation and energy management company in the NYC market. They are seeking a Sales Account Executive with NYC market experience.
This is a great opportunity for the seasoned salesperson who has a track record of highly successful sales of building automation systems to construction and architectural & engineering firms.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years recent experience selling building automation systems to in the construction and architectural & engineering industries
- Established knowledge of construction and A&E companies in the region who build in the pharmaceutical, biotech, hospitals or technology manufacturing industries
- Ability to write specifications and create a successful 'sequences of operation'
- Previous experience with building management systems like Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, or Automated Logic.
