Our client in the Greater King of Prussia area is seeking a Customer Account Analyst. 

The Customer Account Analyst is responsible for assisting the Knowledge Management Center with managing and acquiring tool user data from multiple sources within and outside of the company environment.

The Account Analyst serves as the liaison between the company and its members for setting up and provisioning access to company tools. This role will also be responsible for maintaining this information and interfacing with members to make changes or updates as needed. 

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities: 
• Input, maintain, and update all user accounts and their associated privilege for access to tools applications through Account Manager 
• Monitor and follow up, as necessary, with external customers regarding the accuracy of submitted information in Account Manager 
• Work with Member Company Account Managers (CAMs) and the Knowledge Management Center Member Liaison to ensure that the appropriate CAM roles, responsibilities and requirements are followed and enforced 
• Provide guidance for new eTool application integrations into Account Manager and associated Access Manager roles 
• Conduct annual Customer Account Manager re-certifications per the documented requirements 
• Evaluate and periodically review user accounts for proper qualifications and work with staff to support the SOC 1 audit 
• Generate various database reports for informational distributions, customer registration confirmations, and as needed for internal analysis 
• Maintain timely and accurate records of customer membership and withdrawn accounts and take appropriate action within Account Manager 
• Work with Knowledge Management Center staff to support Membership Processes as needed 

Education: 
BS – Business or Equivalent Work Experience 

Requirements: 
• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience 
• Interest in and ability to gather user data from multiple information technology sources 
• 1 year of customer service experience from a non-profit, membership-based organization 
• Experience working in a corporate, non-profit or profit-neutral, state or federal government environment 
• Experience working with a member-based organization and updating records 
• Must know Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and at least one database application 
• Experience acting as a liaison between different groups 

Preferred: 
• Recent college degree including classes in non-profit, profit-neutral, or business services membership 
• Experience maintaining records of customer membership using a database application 
• MS SharePoint experience
