Construction Superintendent
Commercial/Healthcare/ Hospitality Construction – General Construction- GC/CM- Construction Management
An excellent Commercial/ Healthcare construction company in the Tampa, Florida area is actively seeking an experienced Superintendent / Senior Superintendent. An established organization with a strong reputation for high quality work and providing employees with challenging /exciting projects. Commercial and Healthcare construction experience on large scale multi-million dollar projects.
- Commercial/Healthcare/Hospitality construction background (ground up, addition, renovation work)
- Projects are based in the Tampa, Florida area
- Ability to work/interact with field personnel, contractors and customers
- Manage & provide leadership for the labor, construction, materials, tools and equipment associated with projects.
- Blueprint comprehension, layout and coordination, material handling and inventory, site safety coordination, determining labor and production, ensuring labor hours are achieved, equipment and material resources.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Requirements:
- Qualified individuals will have at least 5+ years of commercial/healthcare or hospitality construction experience
- Large scale project experience $15+ million dollars a plus
- Salary is commensurate with years of experience
