We’re looking for a  MS Sharepoint Support Analyst who is responsible for overseeing the SharePoint Online collaboration and content management platform. Duties include migration and configuration of SharePoint sites, managing migration operations, and supporting SharePoint users.
The ideal candidate will have a keen sense for industry trends and emerging technologies that improve employee productivity and satisfaction using SharePoint, as well as the ability to work across boundaries to deliver results.
You’ll need a working knowledge of a broad set of SharePoint content management.The operational side of the job includes migration content analysis, design best practices, defining the migration process and documentation, technical support and troubleshooting migration issues, new feature implementation, and system performance measurement and tuning.
Job Requirements

    2 yrs of experience
    
    Strong knowledge of migration practices and content analysis.
    Hands on experience in site administration including site design, coauthoring, configuration, permissions and navigation setup.
    Strong knowledge of SharePoint online limitation/resource threshold of list library and metadata.
    Understanding administering O365, Azure Active Directory, and SharePoint environment.
    Understanding G-Suite Team Drive migration to SharePoint online.
    Experience of undertaking SharePoint business as usual (BAU) admin activities
    Assess and perform systems utilization and headroom reporting to assist in troubleshooting and performance tuning.
    Exhibit strong procedural and architectural documentation skills
    Experience with SharePoint and Active Directory security and integration.
    Experience with workflow development using SharePoint and other third-party workflow packages.
    Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to peers and management
    Ability to think logically and analyze application and business process requirements
    Experience in a user-focused technical-support environment
    Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-pressure, fast-paced environment
    Self-driven and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
