Job Details:
My client is a highly regarded Architectural and Engineering firm with a international reputation and a track record of working on high profile, high end projects in commercial, institutional, healthcare and industrial. They are in need of an HVAC oriented Mechanical Engineer with 5+ years of experience in design of HVAC systems for corporate, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and academic facilities. He or she should be capable of independently performing various phases of commercial building HVAC design including: conceptual development, engineering calculations, documentation, specifications, and construction observations. They will prepare drawings detailing the designtions, Title 24). This engineer should have their EIT and be interested in getting their PE. LEED cert a plus! Software skills like CAD and REVIT a plus!
