Marketing Manager
- Responsible for managing the marketing of products.
- Responsible for the overall marketing strategy, developing and executing the marketing plans based on the portfolio’s strategic objectives.
- Evaluate strategies for product launches to ensure products are properly positioned and that brochures, sales sheets and supporting materials will launch products successfully and stimulate sales.
- Make recommendations whether product launches should proceed as scheduled by weighing the risks against the gains.
- Develop product positioning in the marketplace, oversee market research, monitor competitive activity, identify customer needs, and establish pricing strategies in collaboration with other stakeholders.

- Maintain marketing ownership of product portfolio to achieve revenue growth and margin targets.
- Develop marketing campaigns, sales tools and training programs aimed to drive increased market share and visibility for internal, external stakeholders.
- Prepare go-to-market strategy plans for current and upcoming product launches.
- Develop pricing strategies designed to achieve margin and revenue targets.
- Develop strategy to penetrate target customer segments and monitors the success of that strategy to ensure its viability.
- Some travel required with this position
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business; MBA preferred with a minimum of three years of experience in commercial marketing, product management, or strategy consulting in a manufacturing / automation industry
