Job Details:
My client is looking for a Senior Financial Operations Analyst for a permanent full-time position. Must have Green Card, EAD or U.S. Citizenship.
The primary duties include but isn't limited to the following:
- Participate in Financial Close process.
- General Ledger Accounting.
- Oracle Financials Application configuration.
- Technology Stack recommendations.
- Support/Administer Financial Software.
- Requirements Analysis.
- Process Flow Documentation.
- Process Improvements.
- QA/UAT/Test Scripting.
- Training Manuals and Coordination.
- Data feed source manipulation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Accounting, Finance or IT Financial Services experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a ERP Financial Package
- 5+ years of data, reporting and business analysis.
- Expert level SQL scripting skills.
- SOX/internal control environment a plus.
- Microsoft Office Tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Required Skills:
- Financial Services Products SME (Insurance, Annuities, Investments).
- Ability to coordinate and interface with all organization levels.
- Strong customer service focus..
- Strong documentation and problem solving skills.
Nice to Haves:
- Risk Management, Six Sigma or Lean
- PMP and/or CBAP; IIBA
- CPA
