Our client located in Plymouth Meeting, Pa is looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to set up and maintain On-Line training as a key member of their Professional Support Services team. This position may require some travel.

Go Live Support
Excellent Customer Service, Documentation and Analyst skills
Experience with generating training videos
Ability to create online training modules
Excellent ability to follow-up on service cycles
Change Management, Implementation and Training skills
Hard Skills
SQL Queries
1-2 years’ experience in an IT preferred
Bachelor’s Degree
Computer Hardware Knowledge preferred
