Construction Project Manager
Commercial Construction- General Construction- Construction Management
Local Commercial Construction GC/CM Company based in Delaware County, PA is actively in search of a commercial Project Manager or Sr Project Manager for a full time permanent staff position.
Commercial construction experience is required (ground up, additions, renovations, fit out work, etc.). Individuals will have 5 or more years of strong commercial construction experience, Healthcare (Hospitals, Laboratories, Clean rooms, etc.), Office Buildings, Retail Space, High rise, Senior Living facilities, Multi-Family Apartments or condos, Academic/Institutional, etc.

Requirements
- A minimum of at least 5 years of commercial experience
- Relevant work/ project experience
- Salary is open dependent experience
- College Degree a plus, but NOT required
- Projects are based in the local PA/NJ/DE area.
