Job Details:
Assistant Project Manager
Manage and maintain specific Scope of Work Packages and communicate status of scope to internal and external members, and document any issues that may affect projects
Monitor specific Scope of Work packages including RFQ, schedule and budget to ensure quality on time delivery within budget
Interface with manufacturing for the purposes of production scheduling, product quality issues, and purchasing of Scope of Work packages (installation) materials
Assist with tracking project budgets from start to finish for each Scope of Work package
Regularly communicate status of projects by means of weekly meetings, status reports, and updates.
Consistently monitor job development against set schedules and address any issue(s) that may arise.
Follow up on missing material working with vendor / purchasing department and planners to obtain replacement material
Review project specifications, architectural drawings, contract documents, bulletins, sketches, and communicate any changes or impacts to the work
