Job Details:
HVAC Mechanical Project Manager
Must have direct work experience in a project management capacity including all aspects and execution including; Mechanical, Plumbing, Process Piping, HVAC, Energy and Start Up and Commissioning.
Duties included:
- Contract Document Compliance
- Execution of Subcontracts and Purchase Agreements
- Maintaining Project Schedule
- Submittal Approvals
- Expediting Material and Equipment Deliveries
- Responsibility for Performance of Subcontractors Work
- Preparation and Negotiation of Extra Work Orders
- Labor and Material Cost Control
- Estimating
- Commissioning, Project Turn Over
- Design build experience a huge plus.
