- 10+ Years’ Experience in Civil Engineering, Preferably Expertise in Land Development
- Utilities, Sewers. Roadway, Parking Lots
- Permitting, Grading, Drainage, Utilities
- Team Management – Various Teams and Projects
- PE, State of MA Licensed Preferred
- AUTOCAD Skills
- Client Interaction Skills – Business Development & Retention
- Ability to Handle Different Aspects of Civil Engineering Projects Including Budgets and Proposals
- Construction Oversight
- Civil Engineering Degree, Masters is a Bonus
