LAND DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
My client is seeking a Sr. Civil Engineer preferably with TX PE or the ability to gain in a short amount of time. The ideal candidate will have at least 10+yrs. in dealing with Land Development projects as they pertain to residential and mixed use projects. They will have a history of scheduling manpower, reviewing and approving contracts and reports. This person will be a strong communicator with the ability to work independently as well as with cross functional teams.
