Job Details:
My client is a well regarded MEP Consulting engineering firm who seeks an HVAC Mechanical Engineer. This engineer will be doing HVAC engineering and design, including load calculations, equipment selection and sizing, sizing and design of air and fluid distribution. Attend regular project meetings with project team. Coordinate with project management and other disciplines for scheduling and design. Coordinate with Technical/Resource Leaders for staff assignment and technical accuracy of the project. Review checklists comment sheets to ensure completeness. Review and use Design Guidelines. Pro-actively address concerns and anticipate outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred 5 years relevant experience in HVAC design and engineering Proficiency in 2004 version or later of AutoCAD General computer proficiency and specifically in design and calculation software; MS Excel; MS Word. Good interpersonal skills.
