My client is a well respected non-union Mechanical Contractor with HVAC and Plumbing departments that works the state of Delaware and some counties close to Wilmington in PA. Looking for a hybrid small projects Project Manager who can also handle the client and do some Project Sales. Will have the ability to both manage and sell the projects. They will have multiple small projects going on at the same time. Chiller replacements, boiler replacements, light commercial Mechanical Construction projects. If this sounds like you, let's talk!
