Job Details:
DUTIES:
- The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all active jobs from start to finish
- Plan and execute kick-off meetings between GC, Architect, Engineers and Sub-Contractor
- Assist clients with providing services and information in timely fashion
- Monitor project schedule keeping track of equipment, submittals, shop drawings and permits
- Provide daily reports from job site visits
- Maintain project work schedules, punch list forecast with profit margins
- Perform survey inspections and estimate surveyed jobs (designed build & upgrades) to create Bid Proposals and in-house contract proposals
- Monitor labor time and material, sub-contractor costs and budgets
- Oversee all equipment installations and deliveries on site
EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:
- Must have knowledge of HVAC systems
- Able to explain and demonstrate the equipment
- Experience with cooling towers, chillers and rooftop condensers
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of assigned personnel
- Computer skills are required
- Work experience required
