A leading real estate organization is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team. The position will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing property valuations for the purposes of real estate taxes.
• Reviewing and reconciling accounts
• Working with management to estimate taxes
• Process payments and refunds
Qualified candidates must have a BS degree in Finance or Accounting. Candidates must have 3 plus years of financial analysis experience and strong technical skills. Candidates with real estate experience are strongly preferred.
