Technical Recruiter
Liberty Personnel is hiring Technical Recruiters for our IT division. This is an awesome opportunity and candidates at all levels are encouraged to apply, including fresh grads. You do not have to have prior recruiting experience. Role will involve the following:
- Sourcing of candidates via various sources (Linked in, Monster, cold calling)
- Screen resumes and match up with client requirements
- Prepare candidates that are selected for phone screens and on site interviews
- Negotiate with both clients and candidates at offer stage
To succeed in this position:
- Proactive and positive mentality
- Phone and email potential candidates
- Follow up and documentation skills
- Ability to turn a no into a YES!
