My client is looking for a hybrid between a Project Manager and a Sales Account Manager in the HVAC Equipment and Controls industry. Will have existing dealers as well as networking to develop new dealers. Day travel required. Ideal candidate would have HVAC background, working with dealers is a plus, great attitude, self motivated and driver for success. Looking to hire right away. Someone who can up sell to the client as well as maintain a good relationship with the client. Obtain orders to maintain sales objectives. ctively listens, probes and identifies concerns; understands customer's business and speaks their language; develops credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment; and manages ongoing sales process and responds to and anticipates customer needs.
