Software Implementation Account Manager
My client is looking for an account manager working at a software development company. In this role you will work with the clients during the implementation and in post implementation support. Experience working with internal and external IT deferments including software development, qa and project management is required.
As an Implementation manager you will be a vital element of our support service, working with clients to implement solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop a solid understanding of company products and service capabilities.
• Ensuring client engagements are delivered in a manner which meets/exceeds customer expectations.
• Reviewing key project deliverables with staff.
• Providing accurate forecasts for project deliveries.
• Develops and maintains Implementation project plan and supporting documentation including but not limited to task assignments, training materials, report requirements, process flows, dashboard metrics, etc.
• Managing utilization targets and monitoring project budget.
• Identifies service issue trends and collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop a plan of action for improvement.
• Developing project plans and coordinating estimates as needed for prospects and clients.
• Working with Account Management team and Customer Support to provide a seamless transition from implementation to account team and helpdesk.
• Traveling to client site for project-related meetings.
Experience Required:
• Experience in software/integration
• Project management within a client or consulting service
• Experience of working in a customer-focused role, preferably in a consultative capacity
• Experience in business process analysis and problem resolution
• Training experience software
Qualifications and Skills:
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Self-motivated, and driven.
• Can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to learn, adapt and perfect your work.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
