Job Details:
Well respected Philadelphia area Mechanical Contractor is hiring an experienced Estimator/Project Manager with a background in Architectural Metals.
Job Duties & Requirements:
- 3+ years experience working on miscellaneous and ornamental metal projects both interior and exterior
- Worked as an Estimator/Project Manager on interior and ornamental projects in value of $1 million+.
- Site surveys and field supervision experience.
- Coordinate and monitor activities to ensure project is completed on time and within budget.
- Develop client relations and negotiate contracts.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
This is a full time permanent position with outstanding medical, dental, 401k, and vacation/sick time.
